How do I apply your decals?

1. Make sure that the application surface is clean and free of dirt or grease. This is best accomplished with glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth. Install the decal in a warm environment. Make sure that the surface is completely DRY before continuing.
2. With the white paper backing still on, tack decal temporarily in place with tape on each upper corner of where you want to install it. Use a tape measure to make sure decal is level. YOU ONLY GET ONE SHOT AT THIS, So Apply carefully!
3. Run a piece of tape across with half of the tape on the decal and the other half on your application surface. This will create a hinge for the decal allowing you to flip the decal over to remove the backing.
4. Flip the decal up, hinging at the line of tape so it is laying face down and flat as possible. Gently and slowly remove the white paper backing. Be very careful not to rip the decal during this process!
5. After the paper backing has been removed, the adhesive vinyl is exposed. Lay your graphic against the surface and use a squeegee or hard plastic strip to remove any trapped air bubbles. Slowly work your way up from the center out to the sides. You should not see any bubbles.
6. Slowly remove the paper from the top. Pull it 180 deg. This will help prevent the decal from coming up. This is another time you will want to be very careful not to rip the decal.
7. If you end up with air bubbles, use a needle, razor blade or an Exacto knife to poke a small hole into bubbled area. Work air out using the tool you applied the decal with.

8. Allow adhesive to set up for a minimum of 2 days before washing surface.

How do I remove a decal?

Heat up the decal with a heat gun or hair dryer, and peel off surface. Use rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone adhesive remover to clean any glue residue.

How long will it take to get my new sign or decals?

You should receive your sign within 5 business days after we receive your payment. Sometimes it takes a little longer, as we ship out of Wyoming, and speedy mail service is not the norm.

What are the shipping costs?

Signs-Shipping to anywhere in the US of A is $6.00 for the first sign and $2.00 for each additional sign shipped in the same box. This cost includes insurance.
International orders are welcome. Shipping and handling to Canada is $8.00. Shipping and handling to other countries is $18.00. This includes the cost of the postage (via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail), the durable cardboard shipping box, the tape, the label, and the packing material we use to protect your sign during shipping.
Decals- Shipping and Handling is $1.50-(anywhere in the US). Shipping and handling of additional decals is $.50 per item. Shipping to Canada is $2.50. International orders are welcome. Shipping to other countries is $5.00.

Do you offer custom My-Web-Name.com decals?

Looking for a decal to advertise your website? These serve as great promotion and ideal gifts for your customers. They can stick them on any car, truck, skateboard, window, door or wherever!  These decals can be used to display your name, business name or special phrase.

Is the use of my credit card secure?

Shopping Online With Us is Safe and Secure! We take the issue of Internet security very seriously. What is your return policy?

• Stock orders: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the sign or decal to us within 30 days in resalable condition for a refund less shipping costs!
  
  Signs And Stickers Inc. designs and manufactures all custom products according to the information supplied by the customer. SAS Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
  
  
• Custom Orders: All custom manufactured products purchased are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.
  
  Signs And Stickers Inc. will replace or exchange only those custom products, which are deemed to be defective by a company representative. SAS Inc quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify SAS Inc of any problems with 48 hours.
  
  
• Product Exchanges: All products designed and manufactured by SAS Inc are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. SAS Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order.

What are the signs made of?
